Submitting an application on Rocket Loan is a request for review. It is not a loan offer, a pre-approval, or a commitment to lend.

Eligibility and accuracy

You must be at least 18 years old. The name, date of birth, contact details, address, and identity photos you submit must be your own and must be accurate.

Amounts, rates, and fees

Figures such as “up to $50,000” describe a maximum that may be requested. They are not a guaranteed amount. Approval, APR, fees, term, and payment depend on the review of your application. Those terms are disclosed before you accept a loan. Not every applicant will qualify.

Review

Rocket Loan may decline a request. You can check the status of a submitted request with the reference number shown after you apply.
